Senior Banking Business Analyst

As a Lead Consultant AMOA specialized in the banking sector, you will be responsible for driving complex projects in the management and optimization of information systems for our financial sector clients, supervising a team of consultants, and actively contributing to the development of our expertise in MSI consulting.
By joining our Consulting teams at Devoteam Tunisie, you will be in charge of:
Strategic Project Management: Lead large-scale projects related to the transformation and optimization of our clients' information systems. Participate in the development of the global information systems strategy. Define a clear vision for the future evolution of the SI architecture. Ensure team coordination and guarantee the achievement of objectives. Perform in-depth analyses of the financial market, anticipate sector trends, and provide recommendations based on evidence. Advise on financial, operational, and regulatory risk management, ensuring compliance with current legal and regulatory standards. Lead assistance to project management missions (development of Tdr, implementation of CBS, etc.) on behalf of our clients.
Team Management and Operational Excellence: Supervise and mentor a team of consultants, guiding them in the execution of missions. Contribute to the professional development of team members and ensure knowledge transfer. Ensure the quality of deliverables and operational excellence in the execution of missions. Implement efficient processes to guarantee satisfactory, high-quality results.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the banking sector and contribute to the expansion of our client portfolio. Actively participate in the development of commercial proposals. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Identify service expansion opportunities with existing clients.
Master's degree (Bac +5) with in-depth knowledge in Finance or IT. Significant experience (5 years or more) in information system consulting (digital transformation), with a specialization in the banking sector. Deep understanding of banking regulations and market trends. Proven experience in leading complex projects and managing teams. Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills. Excellent empathetic and relational communication skills to support consultants in their skill development. High autonomy in time and resource management. Proficiency in fluent English. PMP certification would be a plus.
