🎯 Context As part of the reinforcement of our SAP team, Devoteam is looking for a SAP Technical Lead expert in ABAP and Fiori, to support our clients on innovative projects, particularly around SAP S/4HANA and the modernization of user interfaces. 💼 Main Missions Act as the technical reference on SAP projects, particularly on ABAP developments and Fiori/UI5 applications.

Design, develop, and optimize SAP technical solutions in connection with business needs.

Support functional and technical teams on development and architecture best practices.

Supervise the quality of developments and guarantee compliance with SAP standards.

Lead integration and interface activities between SAP and other systems.

Participate in the team's skill development on new SAP technologies, notably SAP BTP, ABAP Cloud, and Cloud native solutions.

Ensure technological monitoring and propose innovative solutions to optimize client projects.

Manage technical incidents and provide expert support to teams.

🧩 Profile sought Experience Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP and Fiori/UI5 development.

Confirmed experience on SAP S/4HANA projects and integration with SAP BTP.

Technical Skills Advanced mastery of classic ABAP development and object-oriented ABAP.

Expertise in Fiori/UI5 development (custom applications, extensions).

Good knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform, and Cloud environments.

Experience with modern development tools: Eclipse/ADT, SAP Web IDE, or Business Application Studio.

Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies applied to SAP development.

Personal Qualities Technical leadership and team coordination abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proactive, rigorous, and solution-oriented.

Technological curiosity and willingness to develop skills.

Languages Professional English is essential, especially for international projects.
