Your tasks

🎯 Your Main Missions As a Platform Engineer, you will be at the heart of automation, industrialization, and infrastructure administration, notably:

• Orchestration and Containerization: Administer, evolve, and maintain the containerized environment, with strong expertise in Kubernetes and ideally OpenShift.
• CI/CD and Automation: Configure, use, and implement the technical components of CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab (mastery of Git and the GitOps concept) and ArgoCD.
• System Administration: Contribute to the administration of RedHat/Linux systems and implement automation via Ansible.
• Maintenance in Operational Conditions (MCO): Perform application and system MCO (patch management, version upgrades...).
• Monitoring: Administer and operate monitoring tools (Centreon, Grafana, Dynatrace...).

Requirements

🧑‍💻 Your Profile

• Orchestration: Kubernetes (expert in internal architecture: control plane, scheduling, API), Helm, Kustomize.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform / OpenTofu.
• CI/CD & GitOps: Argo CD (or Flux CD), GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Loki (or ELK).
• Network & Security: CNI (Cilium, Calico), Service Mesh (Istio), Vault (HashiCorp), OPA / Kyverno.
• Scripting / Dev: Go (Golang) for writing operators, Bash, Python.
• Systems: Linux (advanced administration), containers (Docker, containerd).

🤝 How does the recruitment process work at Devoteam?

It consists of 2 to 3 interviews

• Talent Acquisition Interview: the goal is to review your skills, your English level, and validate your motivations.
• Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their suitability with our needs during an exchange with a business expert.
• Leadership Interview: it allows for the evaluation of your potential and ambitions, and to consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is requested and, depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you. If your application is selected, we will send you a proposal presenting the hiring conditions. Upon acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
