We support SMEs and mid-caps daily in the management, evolution, and securing of their collaborative environments. In this role, you will evolve within a multi-client MSP, with a presence one day per week at one of our clients located in La Défense. You will play a key role in the operation, optimization, and industrialization of Microsoft 365, Intune, and SCCM environments, within a dynamic of continuous improvement. Main Missions Administer and maintain the SCCM environment: task sequences, drivers, application packaging, collection management, distribution points, update supervision, and continuous optimization. Implement, administer, and evolve Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune). Manage and modernize workstations via Intune and associated security configurations. Automate and industrialize operations via PowerShell, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps. Contribute to continuous improvement: standardization, documentation, optimization of processes and configurations. Collaborate with the Cloud Infra and Cyber SOC teams to ensure a consistent MSP approach. Support clients in technical support, diagnostics, and the dissemination of best practices. Maintain active monitoring of Microsoft 365, SCCM, Intune, and Modern Work solutions.

Required Profile Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in computer science or information systems. Minimum 3 years of experience in Modern Work, Microsoft 365, Intune, or SCCM. Experience in a multi-client or MSP environment. Autonomy, rigor, curiosity, and a sense of service. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
