We are looking for a Microsoft Data & Information Protection Engineer to ensure the following missions according to your profile: Ensure the management of governance and the protection of sensitive data.

Define audit, compliance, and continuous monitoring principles in connection with current data security standards (GDPR, CCPA).

Define regulatory security frameworks and to successfully carry out your projects (provide an assessment of cyber risks).

Steering the implementation of the deployment of secure data pipelines and data protection via automated workflows.

Participate in defining protection strategies against data loss/breach.

Implement data analysis and transformation functionalities.

Training and awareness of best practices related to data security and incident management.

Contribute to the drafting of security requirements for products and services in relation to data-related risk management.

Provide expertise on security standards and protection solutions applied to cloud services.

Support technical architects and application managers to design and improve the data/metadata catalog.

Ensure the collection and scoping of needs with technical teams.

Evaluate existing security measures and make improvement recommendations in accordance with risk levels.

You have a Bac+5 level education (Engineering degree, Master's) in IS, Cybersecurity and benefit from a first professional experience in the security of Cloud solutions and a good level of English. You possess a transverse technical culture in this field or have already participated in projects implementing Microsoft solutions. Equipped with strong writing and interpersonal skills as well as a synthesis mindset, your main assets for succeeding in this role are your initiative and power of conviction. Minimum experience: 3 years Your human qualities: Curiosity, adaptability, proactivity, technical appetite You are a security profile having experience or a desire to evolve in Microsoft M365 and/or Azure Cloud environments on solutions such as: Microsoft Purview (DLP, AIP, Data catalog, Information protection…)

How does the recruitment process work at Devoteam? It includes 2 to 3 interviews: Talent Acquisition Interview: the objective is to review your skills, your level of English, and to validate your motivations

Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their adequacy with our needs during an exchange with a business expert

Leadership Interview: it allows for the evaluation of your potential, your ambitions, and to consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is requested and, depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you. If your application is selected, we will send you a proposal presenting the hiring conditions. Upon acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
