Within a multi-client MSP model, you will play a key role in the management, optimization, and evolution of hybrid environments. Main Missions Ensure RUN/MCO: proactive supervision, N2/N3 incident management, continuous improvement.

Administer and evolve hybrid infrastructures, including network, backup, and cloud services.

Deploy, configure, and maintain high-performance and scalable environments on Azure.

Automate and industrialize operations via Azure DevOps and Terraform.

Contribute to continuous improvement: standardization, documentation, and providing proposals on architectures and processes.

Collaborate with Modern Work and Cyber SOC teams for a coherent MSP approach.

Support clients through technical support and sharing best practices.

Maintain active monitoring of major public cloud evolutions.

Expected Skills Public Cloud: proven expertise in Azure, knowledge of GCP and AWS is appreciated.

Infrastructures: network (Palo Alto, Fortinet…), backup (Veeam, Azure Backup), hybrid environments.

Automation & DevOps: IaC, scripting (PowerShell/Bash), experience with Azure DevOps.

Supervision & observability: monitoring notions (Grafana, Prometheus, native cloud tools).

Profile Sought Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in IT / Cloud / Information Systems.

Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud/infra exploitation and administration.

Experience in multi-client MSP environments or equivalent.

Curiosity, rigor, autonomy, and a sense of service.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.

Operational technical English.
