Your tasks

We are looking for a professional specialized in change management focused on Google Workspace to join our organization. In this position, they will lead and oversee the successful adoption and implementation of Google Workspace for different clients, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing user engagement. They will act as a key bridge between IT operations, business stakeholders, and end users, driving organizational alignment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Assess the organization's readiness and identify potential resistance to change; create specific mitigation strategies to address concerns.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and onboarding materials to facilitate user adoption of Google Workspace tools and features.
• Monitor and measure adoption indicators, user engagement, and training effectiveness; prepare periodic reports and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Manage communication with stakeholders throughout all phases of the change initiative, ensuring transparency and addressing feedback received.
• Identify and support change champions and power users who can promote Google Workspace adoption within their departments.
• Develop and maintain change management documentation, including impact assessments, risk logs, and transition plans.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and collect lessons learned to guide future change management initiatives.
• Stay up to date with Google Workspace updates and new features; communicate relevant changes to the organization.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and communication plans for Google Workspace implementation and rollout initiatives.

Requirements

Essential requirements

• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs and user adoption strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and metrics to measure change effectiveness and adoption rates.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.

Desirable requirements

• Google Workspace certification or advanced technical knowledge of the platform.
• Experience in cloud migration projects or similar large-scale organizational transitions.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter, or similar methodologies - Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
• Experience in organizational development and cultural change initiatives.
• Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms.
• Experience in training and development or instructional design.
