Missions: Manage incidents, problems, changes, configuration, production deployments, and service levels. Connect new partner sites with L2L VPNs (site-to-site). Update systems and equipment (patching, etc.). Contribute to the identification of problems that may affect the proper functioning of services. Formulate change requests to improve service quality and productivity. Propose and implement changes to resolve problems, including the creation and updating of operational/debug procedures. Evaluate changes in terms of risks, costs, deadlines, and complexity, particularly for non-standard changes. Identify the scope of non-regression tests and the testing method. Write procedures, processes, and instructions. Monitor suppliers and the technologies used. Manage the level 3 (N3) backlog and incidents. Supervise the production deployment of security equipment. Analyze and resolve production incidents/problems. Handle changes/incidents escalated to level 3. Validate certain changes in production. Supervise level 2 (N2) and transfer skills. Support and transfer projects to production on new scopes or technologies. Standardize and redesign certain scopes. Generate reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPI), and write reports (CR). Participate in internal projects to improve service continuity. Validate the opening of flows on functional and technical plans.

With a Bac + 5 degree or a Master's in computer science, particularly from engineering schools. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in IP network management within large companies (CAC 40) or for a telecom operator. Significant experience in managing security network infrastructures for DC. Experience with F5 Load Balancers and NSX-T. In-depth knowledge of Fortinet, Checkpoint, and Palo Alto firewalls. Mastery of FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer. Experience with BlueCoat proxies and Proxy Cloud. Solid knowledge of DNS. Knowledge of Pulse SecureConnect. Knowledge of Internet access/ISP management (Public Peering, Full Internet table management, BGP load balancing, …). Excellent analytical skills. Having a great capacity for collaborative work. An advanced level in English.
