The DevOps / Automation Squad intervenes on various missions such as the design and implementation of Hybrid Cloud and Kubernetes / Openshift platforms and CI/CD pipelines and processes. Regarding Kubernetes, we implement various distributions (Vanilla, Suse Rancher, Red Hat, AKS, EKS, GKE, Openshift, etc.) and their ecosystems (observability, identity management, security management, configuration management, etc.) as well as supporting development teams in using these platforms. As examples, you will be required to work on technical environments grouping the following technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, Openshift, Ansible, Jenkins, Sysdig, Helm, Artifactory, Nexus, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, GitLab, GitHub, etc. You will join this squad as a Tech Lead. 💪 Your missions: Expertise & transmission Develop and maintain your skills / knowledge through active internal and external monitoring, Participate in the definition of training paths in your main area of expertise, Advise the Career Manager on the consultants' trajectory (development plans) and in identifying high-potential profiles, Conduct technical validation interviews for candidates, Business & Delivery Carry out expertise missions in your field of competence, Provide your expertise on responses to calls for tender, presentations, and client meetings, Contribute actively to the development of partnerships and the elaboration of the DevOps / Cloud Squad offers, Community & Influence Participate with other Tech Leaders in the transmission of skills (coaching, certifications) for the benefit of the Squad's employees, Build influence on social networks and promote the employer brand, Propose, organize, and develop technical content aimed at developing the Squad's visibility: meetups, articles, student training, etc.

🎯 Your assets to join us: With a Master's degree (Bac +5) or engineering training, with at least 5 years of professional experience in part of the Squad's technologies: You implement and/or administer Kubernetes architectures, and you master Linux and containers, You have a good understanding of distributed architectures, observability, and associated tooling (e.g., ELK, prometheus, etc.), You have knowledge of one or more cloud providers: AWS, Azure, GCP... You are experienced in agile methodologies, You have already worked within large groups, You possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of service... and you are fluent in english ! You are capable of qualifying and explaining a client need, and you possess strong facilitation skills. 🙋‍♂️ Why join us? 🤝 How does the recruitment process work at Devoteam? It consists of 2 to 3 interviews:

• Talent Acquisition Interview: the objective is to review your skills, your level of English, and to validate your motivations

• Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their suitability for our needs during an exchange with a business expert

• Leadership Interview: it allows for the evaluation of your potential and ambitions and to consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is requested and, depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you.
