Reporting to our N Delivery team and based in Levallois-Perret, your role is central. You coordinate the deployment of the ServiceNow platform within our client projects, intervening across all types of business sectors and across a wide range of modules (CRM, HRSD, SecOps, IRM, Business Apps, etc.). In this stimulating context, you will be responsible for the following missions: Guarantor of client satisfaction. Steering the project by adopting an Agile methodology, from the scoping phase to production. Managing the implementation teams (developers, functional consultants, technical experts) and the change management team, ensuring optimal cohesion. Facilitating the various project governance instances (Steering Committees, Project Committees), ensuring fluid communication and effective decision-making with stakeholders. Rigorously managing the budget, resource allocation, scheduling, and workload plans, while ensuring risk management steering. Supporting and advising our clients in defining their ServiceNow platform evolution strategy and securing the achievement of objectives. Capitalizing on feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of our methods and tools within our community of Project Managers and Project Directors.
🎯 Your assets to join us You are the person we are looking for if: Engineer or with a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT and/or 3 years in ServiceNow project management. You have worked on solution integration projects, you are organized and possess great rigor. You enjoy working in a team and mastering the language of Shakespeare.
