Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, transforming them into clear functional specifications and actionable user stories. Partner with cross-functional teams, developers, and key business stakeholders to design and implement effective end-to-end solutions. Support testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance processes to ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards. Propose process optimizations and enhancements to boost efficiency, scalability, and operational maintainability across business systems. Provide ongoing functional support and facilitate continuous alignment between technology capabilities and business goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, preferably in technology or consulting environments. Strong proficiency in data analysis techniques and query languages (e.g., SQL), with an appetite for leveraging technical tools to solve business problems. Hands-on experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge technical and business domains. Fluency in English is mandatory.
