Devoteam Cyber Trust is the cybersecurity specialized unit of the Devoteam Group. Control requirements, identify activities/tasks for the execution of the project objective; Lead the entire cycle of internal projects (meetings, planning, monitoring, and closing), as well as ensure their feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track project progress. Manage project progress and adapt work as necessary. Coordinate internal and external parties, when applicable, to ensure timely project execution. Anticipate and manage key project issues, conflicts, and risks; Whenever applicable, develop a risk mitigation plan. Ensure projects meet deadlines. Perform project analyses and create detailed reports for management. Proactively disseminate project information to stakeholders. Optimize and improve processes and general approaches, when necessary and applicable. Ensure growth opportunities and initiate new projects.

Higher Education in Management or similar; Professional experience between 2/3 years and background in similar roles; English (spoken and written); Critical thinking in problem analysis and presentation of solutions; Ability to work in a team; Leadership and Negotiation skills; Adaptability, independence, proactivity, resilience, and a genuine liking for human relations; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Valuing specific training in project management or certification in project management.
