We are looking to hire a senior PMO with experience in cybersecurity projects. The working modality is hybrid in Bilbao. Main functions Lead the Cybersecurity Technical Office (Cyber PMO).

Coordinate the 2027-2030 cybersecurity initiatives roadmap.

Define the functional and technical scope of new initiatives together with the client's teams.

Prepare SoW, technical documentation, and support in procurement processes (RFI/RFP).

Coordinate IT, OT, business, architecture, and vendor teams.

Manage planning, budget, risks, dependencies, and project changes.

Prepare and lead monitoring committees and executive committees.

Supervise the correct execution of initiatives and ensure compliance with scope, quality, and deadlines.

Prepare monitoring reports, KPIs, and executive reporting.

Identify new improvement opportunities within the cybersecurity roadmap. Knowledge Functional experience is required in several of the following areas: Cybersecurity Governance.

Risk Management.

OT Security.

Identity & Access Management (IAM).

Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Vulnerability Management.

Zero Trust.

Cloud Security.

SOC and Threat Detection.

Business Continuity.

Data Protection.

SAP Security (valuable). Frameworks and standards ISO 27001.

NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

IEC 62443.

NIS2.

Valuable certifications: PMP, SCRUM or ITIL

CISSP or CISM

ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.

English C1 oral and written.
