We are looking for a senior consultant to join digital transformation projects in the Bilbao area. The selected person will work on high-impact initiatives for clients in the industrial and service sectors, with real responsibility for the analysis, design, and monitoring of projects.

Responsibilities: Analysis and structuring of digital transformation initiatives Evaluation of technological solutions and support in decision-making Ability to incorporate solutions based on artificial intelligence in the design of processes and solutions Management and monitoring of the team's portfolio of initiatives Interfacing with business areas to identify real needs behind each request Change management to successfully implement initiatives

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, technological consultancy, or similar roles Practical experience in the use of AI tools and models applied to business environments Knowledge of process analysis and improvement Proactive profile, with the ability to work autonomously in high-demand environments Functional English for technical environments Residence in the Bilbao area or surroundings (essential) It will be valued: knowledge of Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, Google Workspace, Atlassian, or automation platforms.
