The members of the N Integration team deploy this vision through the techno-functional expertise they bring to our clients' IS transformation, as well as the automation of their processes. Would you like to contribute to this? Reporting to the N Integration team, you will be able to work across all business sectors to meet our clients' needs on ServiceNow platform integration projects, across all modules: ITSM, HRSD, SPM, CSM, Business Apps … In this context, you will be required to carry out the following missions: Analysis and identification of improvement areas in our clients' processes; Design of processes, in connection with the ServiceNow solution; Contribution to the implementation of technical solutions according to our clients' needs and in compliance with Devoteam's know-how; Writing, estimating, and validating technical proposals as part of responses to our clients' calls for tender; You will also have the opportunity to contribute, more generally, to the capitalization of our knowledge and expertise through your experience. To succeed in these challenges, you will join a team dedicated to developing ServiceNow functional and technical skills. This team operates within Devoteam N Platform Paris, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and those of your peers in an environment that promotes mutual aid and sharing.

Engineer or with a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have at least 2 years of experience with the ServiceNow solution. You have worked on ServiceNow platform implementation projects, you have already led design workshops and configured the solution to meet identified needs. You are organized, possess great rigor, enjoy working in a team, and master the language of Shakespeare. Have you already obtained certifications in ServiceNow or others? And now? How does the recruitment process work at Devoteam? It involves 2 to 3 interviews:

• Talent Acquisition Interview: the objective is to review your skills, your level of English, and to validate your motivations

• Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their suitability for our needs during an exchange with a business expert

• Leadership Interview: it allows for the evaluation of your potential and ambitions and to consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is requested and, depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you.
