The Center Of Excellence (COE) is the largest ServiceNow Service center in France. With more than 30 clients, you will join a team of 70 people allowing you to exceed and refine your knowledge by learning alongside our experts, while being supported by high-quality managers. Do you want to be an actor in digital transformation by leading large-scale projects and supporting our clients in the transformation of their IS and the automation of their business processes? By joining our team, your missions will be: To support and advise our clients; To contribute to the implementation of technical solutions based on our clients' needs and Devoteam's expertise; To facilitate workshops to bring about a common and detailed understanding of the solution to be implemented; To perform configuration, integration, and application development; To participate in pre-sales activities in support of our business engineers; Consulting on the evolution strategy of their platform; To succeed in these challenges, you will join a team dedicated to ServiceNow technical construction, offering you the possibility to connect with your peers in France, share experiences, and develop your skills.

Engineer or graduate from a Bac+5 degree in computer science, you have a minimum of 1 year of experience on ServiceNow, ideally within the framework of implementing projects around ServiceNow. English is spoken and written fluently and professionally. And now? How does the recruitment process work at Devoteam? It consists of 2 to 3 interviews:

• Talent Acquisition Interview: the objective is to review your skills, your level of English, and to validate your motivations

• Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their suitability for our needs during an exchange with a business expert

• Leadership Interview: it allows for the evaluation of your potential, your ambitions, and to consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is requested and, depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you.
