IAM has become the cornerstone of security due to new usage patterns and the need for security to adapt to them. We are looking for an IAM Consultant - M/F to ensure the following missions: Strategic consulting for identity and access management IAM compliance audit Studies regarding identity governance and authentication Implementation of IAM solutions (Identity Governance & Administration, workforce Access Management, Customer Identity Access Management) with market leaders and innovative partners Functional and/or technical IAM architecture Review of identity and access management (IAM) processes from business, HR, and IT perspectives. Functional and technical evaluation of market tools. Management of partner relationships, including development plans.

A graduate with a BAC +5 from an engineering school, management school, or university with a good level of English, you are eager to invest yourself in challenging projects and quickly gain responsibilities. You have an initial professional experience - of at least 3 years - in the field of IAM. A real appetite for information systems, risk management, innovation, direct management, and client relations. One or more certifications in IGA or AM tools (Okta, Usercube, Azure AD …) We are looking for IAM consultants to join a dynamic team and a high-growth activity with great ambitions and innovative partnerships. How does the recruitment process work at Devoteam? It consists of 2 to 3 interviews: Talent Acquisition Interview: the objective is to review your skills, your level of English, and to validate your motivations

Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their suitability for our needs during an exchange with a business expert

Leadership Interview: it allows for the evaluation of your potential and ambitions and to consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is requested and, depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you. If your application is selected, we will send you a proposal presenting the hiring conditions. Upon acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
