As an industrial systems security expert, you will work in a

multi-project mode for our key accounts on innovative and high

value-added projects. Transcribe the cyber-security requirements expressed by clients in an

OT / IoT context and in industrial systems security (ISS) management.

• Identify risks, threats, and propose action plans to improve the cyber posture of industrial systems.

• Implement security in information systems and production lines throughout their life cycle (security by design and continuous integration).

• Lead or perform security audits in various activities of the industrial sector (energy or goods production), which fall within an IoT or OT model.

• Lead or perform action plans to improve the security posture of information systems.

• Ensure regulatory or sectoral compliance.
• Identify and evaluate potential hardware, software, and vendors for the implementation of industrial security solutions.

• Master the security solutions offered by public cloud providers applicable to industrial systems security.

• Ensure operational and managerial reporting (KPIs, KRIs, monitoring of incidents and remediations).

A graduate of an engineering school or a Master 2 in computer science, you possess

excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service and quality.

You enjoy working in a team to intervene on projects with an international dimension.

• At least 7 years of experience in the field of network security and industrial systems is necessary to succeed in this position.

• Knowledge of public cloud provider solutions on OT / IoT is required. For example: AZURE (IoT Hub, IoT EDGE), AWS IoT ( Greengrass, Core, Device Management, Device Defender, Analytics, Events, Sitewise, Amazon Kinesis Video Streams, …).

• Fluent English level.

You have expertise, which can be materialized by one or more certifications

in the following areas:

• Infrastructure, architecture, and systems and controls of industrial systems (SCADA)

• Standards and frameworks related to industrial systems security (IEC 62443/ISA 99, NIST SP 800-82, ...)

• Proprietary protocols from industrial systems vendors (Rockwell, Siemens, ABB and Schneider Electric)

• International standards on information systems security, such as NIST-CSF, ISO 27000 series.

• A certification materializing expertise in information systems security (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP) would be a plus.

How does the recruitment process work at Devoteam? It consists of 2 to 3 interviews: Talent Acquisition Interview: the goal is to review your skills, your level of English, and validate your motivations.

Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their alignment with our needs during an exchange with a business expert.

Leadership Interview: it allows for the evaluation of your potential, your ambitions, and considering your evolution within Devoteam.

We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is requested and, depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you.
