Your tasks
🔐 The context:**** Within our ServiceNow practice, we are building the strategic bridge between service management (IT/OT) and cybersecurity. To support our clients in mastering their attack surface, we integrate expert discovery solutions (notably Armis) to feed ServiceNow (CMDB, SecOps, IRM).
We are looking for profiles capable of understanding these subjects from a 360° perspective to co-construct our offerings: from defining asset security use cases (OT, IoT, IoMT) to the technical integration of data into the platform.
💪 Your missions (depending on your Functional or Technical focus):
- Consulting & Strategy: Supporting CISOs and plant managers in defining their visibility and security strategy for their hybrid networks (IT/OT).
- Design & Architecture: Defining deployment architectures for passive and active discovery solutions in complex environments.
- Integration & Synergies: Leading the technical integration of Armis with the ServiceNow ecosystem to transform raw network data into a managed asset (Configuration Item) and automate incident response (SecOps).
- Problem Solving: Managing field reality constraints (closed networks, specific industrial protocols, detection blind spots, data quality).
Requirements
🎯 Your assets to join us**** To carry this ambition for our clients, we are looking for profiles with a true dual culture: capable of understanding technical reality and industrial field constraints, while understanding the global orchestration challenges of the IT department.
- You have concrete experience (in functional scoping, architecture, or deployment) in OT/IoT security projects or asset management (ITAM/HAM) projects.
- You master or have strongly interacted with the Armis solution (or comparable solutions such as Claroty, Nozomi, etc.).
- You understand the challenges of data reconciliation between Cyber tools and an IT repository (CMDB).
- You have a "Builder" soul and wish to participate in the creation of a high-value-added offering.
