Your tasks
💪 Your Missions**** Faced with the explosion of identities (humans and autonomous agents) and hybrid environments (Cloud, SaaS, On-Prem), classic IAM tools are no longer sufficient. Within our ServiceNow practice (N Platform), we are structuring an offering that couples the power of ServiceNow workflows (IRM, SecOps) with expert solutions in ISPM (Identity Security Posture Management, notably Veza).
Our objective: to help our large accounts track over-privilege, model toxic access paths, and automate remediation directly from their central platform.
- Audit & Risks: Define business needs regarding data governance, access reviews, and strict application of the "Zero Trust" model.
- Technical Scoping: Model authorization matrices and design the integration of privilege analysis platforms (notably Veza) with the client ecosystem (IdP such as Okta/Entra ID, databases, Cloud applications).
- Remediation & Workflows: Define and implement workflows to automate the revocation of excessive rights by interfacing with ITSM or IRM (ServiceNow).
- Monitoring & Expertise: Analyze the limitations of target environments (Cloud vs On-Premise) and propose adapted workaround architectures.
Requirements
🎯 Your Assets to Join Us**** To carry this ambition for our clients, we are looking for profiles with a true dual culture: capable of understanding technical reality and industrial field constraints, while also understanding the global orchestration challenges of the IT department.
- You have solid experience in identity and access management (IAM, IGA, CIEM) or data security.
- You have participated in projects involving Veza (or similar approaches in advanced mapping of rights and access paths).
- You know how to communicate both with CISOs/Risk Managers on risk analysis (Compliance) and with infrastructure teams on cloud permission management.
- You wish to move beyond the role of an isolated expert to place identity security at the heart of business processes.
