🎯 Context As part of the development of our SAP entity, Devoteam is looking for an SAP Project Manager to lead innovative transformation programs around SAP S/4HANA solutions, Cloud, and emerging technologies. You will intervene at the heart of international and collaborative environments, within a company recognized for its expertise and its learning-centered culture. 💼 Your missions As an SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Project Steering & Management Ensuring the planning, monitoring, and coordination of SAP projects.
Guaranteeing quality, respect for budgets, and deadlines.
Organizing and facilitating steering committees and operational meetings.
Operational Coordination Supervising project teams (functional consultants, technical consultants, partners, offshore).
Ensuring the interface between business teams, IT, and various stakeholders.
Steering integration, migration, testing, and production deployment activities.
Expertise & Support Participating in the definition of SAP architectures and solution choices.
Accompanying clients in change management and the adoption of new technologies.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and Devoteam methodologies.
Innovation & Technologies Promoting Cloud technologies, SAP BTP, IA, and market innovations.
Participating in structuring projects around S/4HANA, whether they are Private Cloud, Public Cloud, or hybrid.
🧩 Your profile Experience Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP management or project leadership.
Confirmed experience in S/4HANA, ECC projects, or transformation programs.
Key Skills Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Mastery of project methodologies (Cycle en V, Agile…).
Ability to steer complex, multi-team, and international projects.
Good understanding of SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, CO, PP, WM, etc.) and/or technical aspects.
Additional Assets SAP or PMP/Prince2 certification.
Knowledge in SAP BTP, Fiori, Cloud, integrations, or IA.
Professional English is indispensable (international projects).
