Cybersecurity: why and how? In 2020, 91% of French organizations were targets of cyberattacks, representing 1,000 billion dollars in financial losses worldwide. These considerable figures and the digitalization of our daily lives make executives realize the major and strategic challenge that is cybersecurity. Risks are more numerous, attacks are more varied, and impacts are multiple. The strategy implemented to protect a company's digital assets as well as awareness among employees are therefore crucial elements. By joining Devoteam's “Trust and Cybersecurity” department, you join a team of more than 700 passionate experts worldwide. You contribute to the development of a team that advises its clients on cyber, risk, resilience, network security, cloud security, encryption, audit, and security topics around our 5 strategic partners (AWS, Google, Microsoft, SalesForce, ServiceNow). We are looking for a Security Project Manager to ensure the following missions: Implementation of security projects: Planning and steering of project action plans. Support to operational teams to guarantee the proper adherence to delivery dates and costs. Communication and support for teams. Preparation and facilitation of steering committees. Risk assessment and escalation of alerts. Incident processing and monitoring. Advising and assisting business units, MOA, and MOE within the framework of security projects. Structuring and boosting the infrastructure security activity for our clients. Participating in the organization and steering of security audits. Monitoring remediation plans following security audits. Implementation of control plans. Support and awareness regarding cybersecurity challenges.

Initial training: Master's degree (BAC +5) from an engineering school, management school, or university. You possess one or more of the following training backgrounds: Cybersecurity: ISO 2700X standards, NIST, COBIT, SOX, PASSI, SANS, CSA, CIS, ANSSI, CNIL, ...
Other training: Agile, Scrum, Lean management, change management Pearson, Interpersonal Communication – Process Communication Model®, trainer, CP FFP, PMP, Prince 2.
