By joining our Toulouse-based Project & Agility entity, you join a team of passionate experts. Your role? Define, implement, and steer innovative IT projects, from Cloud strategy to the deployment of Data & IA solutions. Your objective is to guarantee an optimal result, in compliance with contractual and business requirements (quality, performance, cost, deadlines, and security). Your missions: Complex Project Steering: You orchestrate large-scale projects: migrations to Cloud native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), implementation of Data platforms (Data Lake, Snowflake), industrialization of IA models, and DevOps transformation.

Scoping & Product Ownership: You gather and challenge business needs to translate them into technical requirements (Backlog, User Stories). You guarantee the alignment between the delivered product and the expected value (Product Mindset).

Team Leadership: You unite the delivery teams (Devs, Ops, Data Scientists) and facilitate collaboration in hybrid environments (Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall).

Risk & Quality Management: You anticipate friction points related to cybersecurity, GDPR, system interoperability, and solution scalability.

A graduate of an engineering school or a Master 2, you have significant experience in IT project management, ideally on Cloud, Data, DevOps, or IA projects. You understand the stakes of Cloud native, Data, and IA. You know how to "speak technical" with experts while maintaining a user-oriented vision (Product Mindset). You master project management frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2) and ideally benefit from an agility culture (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to evolve in our clients' hybrid environments. You demonstrate intellectual curiosity, rapid adaptation, and natural leadership. Fluent English is essential to evolve in our international contexts.

🤝 How does the recruitment process work at Devoteam? It consists of 2 to 3 interviews:

• Talent Acquisition Interview: the objective is to review your skills, your level of English, and to validate your motivations.

• Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their suitability with our needs during an exchange with a business expert.

• Leadership Interview: it allows for the evaluation of your potential and your ambitions, and to consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is requested and, depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you.
