Job Missions 🎯 As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the transformation of the information systems of our clients in the banking sector. You will be the key interface between business challenges and technical solutions. Collect, analyze, and document business needs with various stakeholders.

Analyze existing banking processes and systems in order to identify areas for improvement and recommend relevant solutions.

Design and write essential deliverables: functional specifications, process models, and workflows.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to foster collaboration, identify needs, and resolve functional issues.

Act as a liaison between operational units and IT teams to ensure the alignment of solutions with strategic objectives.

Qualifications ✨ You have a higher education background (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or a university Master's degree, and you have proven experience as a Business Analyst. You possess an excellent understanding of banking and/or insurance business processes. Your skills in analysis, process modeling, and writing specifications are solid. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you are rigorous, proactive, and know how to communicate effectively with various interlocutors. How does the recruitment process work at Devoteam? It consists of 2 to 3 interviews:

• Talent Acquisition Interview: the objective is to review your skills, your level of English, and to validate your motivations

• Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their suitability for our needs during an exchange with a business expert

• Leadership Interview: it allows for the evaluation of your potential and ambitions and to consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is requested and, depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you.

If your application is successful, we will send you a proposal presenting the terms of employment. Upon acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
