Who are we and what is your challenge? In our team, we do not migrate servers to the cloud; we design the future of cloud infrastructure on a global scale. We face a massive engineering challenge: unifying multiple complex cloud platforms, standardizing security and network governance, and building RouteOne, our new next-generation platform based on Kubernetes on AWS. Additionally, you will actively participate in the development of our own Cloud Management Engine (Control Plane). We are looking for four AWS Platform Engineers (Senior and Principal levels) who want to lead this transformation, creating robust, secure, and 100% automated architectures. 🛠️ What will you do in your day-to-day? Integrated into a multidisciplinary Agile squad (5-8 people) and working in 2-week Sprints, your responsibilities will focus on four pillars: Platform & Governance: Design and evolve our AWS Landing Zones and manage complex Multi-Account and Multi-Organization environments.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop, maintain, and evangelize the use of reusable and scalable Terraform modules to automate 100% of the infrastructure.

Advanced Networking: Design secure network architectures (Ingress/Egress), traffic segmentation, corporate DNS management, and intra-cloud and cross-cloud connectivity using Transit Gateway (TGW), Route53, and Direct Connect.

Cloud Security & IAM: Define unified identity models, implement PAM (Privileged Access Management) solutions, and code automatic guardrails to ensure compliance-ready environments.

🎯 What are we looking for in you? Must Have Requirements: Advanced Cloud Experience: Solid track record designing and implementing complex architectures in AWS at an enterprise level.

Mastery in Terraform: We are not looking for someone who only uses Terraform to deploy; we need you to know how to design and build your own modules from scratch.

AWS Networking & Security: Real experience with VPCs, TGW, advanced IAM, SCPs, and security policy automation.

CI/CD Culture: Native automation of deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).

Languages: Fluent English (minimum high B2 / C1). You will work daily in an international environment with engineers, architects, and Product Owners from all over the world.

You get extra points if you have (Nice to Have): Programming skills in Python or Golang (key for our Control Plane).

Experience and knowledge in container environments with Kubernetes (EKS).

Previous experience in the financial sector, banking, or highly regulated corporate environments.
