💪 Your missions: As a Solutions Architect M/F, you will support our clients on innovative projects during the preparatory phases (Design or Build) in order to define and structure the solution to be implemented to meet business needs in varied technological contexts (Cloud, Data, Web…). Your main missions will be as follows: Propose a technical solution taking into account business challenges and the existing application architecture.

Identify gaps, recommend, and validate the choice of technical solutions.

Evaluate the production workload in close collaboration with the development teams.

Coordinate the activity of different stakeholders, mobilize talents, and motivate employees.

Ensure the construction and documentary follow-up of the associated architecture files.

🎯 Your assets to join us: With higher education (Bac+5), engineering school or Master 2 in computer science, you possess a good IT culture (you are familiar with concepts relating to private/public Cloud, system and network infrastructure, databases, or cybersecurity). You have the ability to interface with technical audiences (infrastructure experts, network experts) and business audiences (operational and functional experts). You benefit from very good writing skills (writing of DAT) and have a good knowledge of Cloud, Cloud native, and on-premise technical architectures, as well as IT best practices. You have good oral fluency, indispensable for conducting meetings, as well as a fluent level of English.

🤝 How does the recruitment process work at Devoteam? It consists of 2 to 3 interviews:

• Talent Acquisition Interview: the objective is to review your skills, your level of English, and to validate your motivations.

• Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their suitability with our needs during an exchange with a business expert.

• Leadership Interview: it allows for the evaluation of your potential and ambitions, and to consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is requested and, depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you.
