Our team of expert consultants supports companies in achieving their most ambitious technological projects, leveraging our expertise in cloud & DevOps, cybersecurity, data / IA, project management, and agile development. Devoteam Innovative Technology supports companies in their digital transformation by relying on the most innovative technological levers such as cloud, artificial intelligence, or cybersecurity. Our ambition: to help organizations optimize their business processes and strengthen their competitiveness through tailor-made solutions. We combine technological expertise, rigor in project management, and change management to ensure effective and sustainable adoption of new technologies. To contribute to these transformations and strengthen a major account client setup, we are looking for a Solution Architect in Nantes.

💪 Your Missions Integrated within our Solution Architecture Competence Center (CDC), you will evolve in a stimulating and hybrid (On-Premise and Cloud) multi-project environment. Your role will be to design robust, scalable, and secure technical architectures, ensuring a smooth transition between our existing systems and our Cloud-Native targets. Your responsibilities will revolve around 4 main pillars:

  1. Architecture Conception and Design

Translate functional requirements and business needs (collected from the AMOA) into target technical solutions and evolution trajectories.

Write and formalize architecture deliverables: architecture dossiers (DA), urbanized logical and technical architecture diagrams (HLD, LLD, C4 diagrams), Solution Design Documents, and architecture decision records (ADR).

Design reusable architecture patterns (building blocks) and present them for validation in committee (Architecture Review Board).

  1. Modernization, Cloud and Data

Support digital transformation and the industrialization of environments (migration of legacy solutions to the Cloud, containers/Kubernetes/OpenShift).

Contribute to modern engineering: implementation of GitOps practices (ArgoCD, Tekton), security policies (RBAC, NetworkPolicy, Vault), and FinOps/Observability approaches.

Define the company's Data architecture patterns (Event Sourcing/CQRS, Lakehouse type architectures, multidimensional modeling, data governance).

  1. Governance, Consulting and Transversal Collaboration

Act as a trusted advisor to project teams (MOE) to guide their technological choices and flow integration (APIs, messages, file transfers).

Collaborate transversally with all stakeholders (enterprise architects for global consistency, Ops teams for operational deployment, business and technical departments).

Guarantee the performance, security, and compliance of delivered solutions (Well-Architected principles, cybersecurity, GDPR).

  1. Animation and Leadership

Lead transversal subjects known as "Foundation" within the architecture teams (AUR).

Contribute to the dynamics of the Competence Center (CDC) and ensure, depending on your seniority, a mentoring or Team Leadership role.
