As an Infrastructure Reference Architect, you will join a large-scale transformation program at one of our Marseille-based clients, a major international account in the transport & logistics sector. You will work on critical, distributed, and highly available environments to ensure the following missions: Architecture & Cloud: Design complex infrastructure architectures in multi-cloud (AWS, Google or Microsoft Azure) and on-premise environments, within an international multi-site context. ☁️ Distributed Environments: Support the modernization of large-scale infrastructures with strong challenges in performance, resilience, and service continuity. Governance & Standards: Define and guarantee infrastructure architecture standards, ensure the global consistency of solutions, and challenge technical choices. Expertise & Leadership: Act as a technical reference, support teams on complex issues, and contribute to deployments. 🛠️ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Solutions, Enterprise, and Security architects in an international environment. 🤝 Communication & Documentation: Write deliverables (Scoping, HLD, LLD), lead technical meetings in English, and interact with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education: Higher education (Bac+5), engineering school or Master 2 in computer science.

Experience: Significant experience in infrastructure architecture in complex environments.

Language: Good level of English mandatory (deliverables, emails, and meetings in English)

Soft Skills:

Ability to work in a team Rigor and good analytical and synthesis skills Ability to challenge, negotiate with technical teams, and assert a position Good interpersonal skills and ease of oral communication Proactivity and being a source of proposals 🤝

How does the recruitment process work at Devoteam? It consists of 2 to 3 interviews:

• Talent Acquisition Interview: the objective is to review your skills, your level of English, and to validate your motivations

• Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their suitability for our needs during an exchange with a business expert

• Leadership Interview: it allows for the evaluation of your potential and ambitions, and to consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is requested and, depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you.
