Design & Strategy: Define the global vision of observability, design complex, scalable, and multi-tenant telemetry architectures (Apache Kafka, Vector, eBPF) on Cloud and hybrid foundations.

Deployment & Integration: Implement and administer partner observability stacks (Datadog, Dynatrace) and open-source stacks (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger).

AI & ML Observability: Guarantee performance, monitor Data/Model Drift, ensure traceability of RAG architectures, and control LLM token costs/usage.

Alerting & AIOps: Establish metrics and tracing strategies to reduce alert fatigue and orchestrate predictive alerting based on AI.

Enablement & Support: Build self-service tooling (Platform Enablement/DevEx) for Dev/Infra teams and optimize retention as well as storage costs.

🎓 Education & experience: Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science (or equivalent).

Minimum 5 years of experience in complex Cloud/Infra production environments with solid expertise in observability, performance, and distributed architectures.

🧠 Essential technical skills: Observability platforms: Advanced mastery of Datadog, Dynatrace, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana.

Standards & Telemetry: Solid practice of OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, PromQL, Vector, Apache Kafka and eBPF (Cilium, Hubble).

LLM / AI Observability: Mastery of Model/Data Drift concepts, RAG traceability, token monitoring, and MLOps/LLMOps tooling (LangSmith, Arize AI, MLflow).

Environments: Mastery of Cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), Cloud Native (Kubernetes), and hybrid/sovereign foundations.

🤝 Personal qualities: Strategic vision, operational rigor, and analytical mindset.

Technical leadership, pedagogy, and ease in cross-functional collaboration (Dev, Ops, Data).

Strong sense of optimization (ROI orientation, mastery of infrastructure costs and FinOps).

⭐ Appreciated assets: Datadog certifications (e.g., APM), Dynatrace, Grafana Certified Associate, OTCA, Elastic Certified Analyst, or Cilium Certified Associate (CCA).

Fundamental certifications from Cloud Providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Proven experience in very large-scale deployments (managing terabytes of metrics/logs daily).

How does the recruitment process work at Devoteam? It consists of 2 to 3 interviews:

  • Talent Acquisition Interview: the goal is to review your skills, your English level, and validate your motivations.
  • Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their alignment with our needs during an exchange with a business expert.
  • Leadership Interview: it allows for the evaluation of your potential, your ambitions, and to consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is requested and, depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you.

If your application is successful, we will send you a proposal presenting the hiring conditions. Upon acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
