💪 Your main missions: As a Cloud & AI / Agentic Architect, you define the strategy and design highly secure architectures (On-Premise, Hybrid and Cloud Native) capable of natively integrating Artificial Intelligence technologies and agentic systems for our large accounts: Design of AI Infrastructures: Develop target technical foundations (HLD, LLD, DAT) on Multi-Cloud, Hybrid or Sovereign environments supporting the training and inference of AI models.

AI Strategy Consulting: Act as an AI Strategy Consultant for decision-makers (CTO, CIO, Business units) to define investment trajectories, align architectures with client governance, and arbitrate between managed services and owned assets.

Agentic Integration & APIs: Structure the governance and design of distributed agentic model systems and the management of APIs dedicated to AI (API Management AI).

Data Architecture & RAG: Define indexing, storage, and provisioning strategies for LLMs (RAG, hybrid architectures or totally isolated networks called Air-Gapped for ultra-sensitive data).

Sizing & Zero Trust Security: Orchestrate hardware clusters (GPU/TPU) and apply advanced security principles (Zero Trust, verification of autonomous agent identities, Confidential Computing).

Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Support and guide implementation teams (MLOps, Data Scientists, Developers) on reliability and architecture standards.

🎓 Training & experience: Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science (or equivalent).

Minimum 5 years of experience in designing complex Cloud/Infra architectures, with a sub-specialization or proven achievements in the integration of AI foundations and distributed models.

🧠 Essential technical skills: Cloud & Architectures: Proven expertise in Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, Private, Hybrid, Sovereign).

AI & Agentic Ecosystem: Mastery of agentic AI architectures, RAG patterns, MLOps, and AI API Management solutions.

Computing Infrastructures & GPU: Practice in orchestrating intensive computing resources (GPU/TPU) and Kubernetes extensions dedicated to AI/ML workloads.

Advanced Security: Strong skills in Zero Trust security, Confidential Computing, model isolation, and deployments in Air-Gapped environments.

🤝 Personal qualities: Pioneering spirit and strong ability to adapt to varying levels of security requirements.

Ease in popularizing complex concepts and convincing decision-makers.

Sense of mentoring, technical leadership, and power of persuasion.

⭐ Appreciated assets: Cloud or Specific Certifications: NVIDIA Certified Associate, Cloud Provider certifications (Architecture) or Kubernetes AI/ML extensions.

Concrete projects led on the deployment of autonomous agents or LLMs in constrained enterprise environments.

🤝 How does the recruitment process work at Devoteam? It consists of 2 to 3 interviews: Talent Acquisition Interview: the goal is to review your skills, your English level, and validate your motivations

Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills on Dynatrace, observability and AI, and to verify their adequacy with our needs during an exchange with a business expert

Leadership Interview: it allows for the evaluation of your potential, your ambitions, and to consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prioritize at least one in-person interview.
