💪 Your missions: Your main responsibilities as a Python AI Developer (Augmented Developer): Here is a non-exhaustive list of your daily missions; we trust you to take them in hand and enrich them in your own way 😉 Understand user needs and regularly deliver high business value features by integrating generative AI and Machine Learning capabilities

Develop tools, AI agents, and intelligently automated scripts to accelerate delivery and industrialize development (AI-assisted pair-programming, test generation, automated code review)

Design and integrate intelligent APIs (LLM, RAG, pre-trained models) within existing architectures

Support dev teams in adopting AI-augmented development tools (intelligent CI/CD, code assistants, AI-driven DevOps)

Support production teams in the delivery and lifecycle management of AI models and services (LLMOps, MLOps, prompt management, automated testing)

Spread the agile and AI-first culture: cooperation, mutual aid, knowledge sharing around applied AI

Work on large-scale hybrid Python / Cloud / DevOps ecosystems

Ensure active technological monitoring of LLMs, emerging AI frameworks, and augmented development best practices

🎯 Your assets to join us: Graduate of an Engineering School or a Master 2 in IT, you are passionate about the Python language and the applied Artificial Intelligence / Cloud ecosystem. You have at least 3 years of experience in Python 3 development and its libraries, with practical experience in AI tools (code assistants, LLM APIs, RAG). Whether you come from Dev, Data Engineering, or DevOps, you have learned to multiply your productivity thanks to AI and possess strong skills in automation, AI API integration, and continuous improvement. You already have initial experience in using augmented dev tools or integrating AI models and you wish to go further on these subjects. 🤝 Personal qualities: Analytical spirit, rigor, autonomy.

Interpersonal skills and sense of teamwork.

🤝 How does the recruitment process work at Devoteam? It includes 2 to 3 interviews: Talent Acquisition Interview: the objective is to review your skills, your English level, and validate your motivations

Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their adequacy with our needs during an exchange with a business expert

Leadership Interview: it allows for the evaluation of your potential, your ambitions, and to consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is requested and, depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you. ✍️If your application is selected, we will send you a proposal presenting the hiring conditions.
