💪 Your main missions: As a Kubernetes Engineer - AI & Cloud Platforms, you contribute to the implementation of highly available and optimized containerized platforms for intensive workloads (DevOps, Data, AI & LLMs) for major accounts in demanding environments: Design and deploy robust, secure, and scalable Kubernetes infrastructures (on-premise, cloud, or hybrid), tailored to host microservices and AI workloads (LLM inference, MLOps pipelines).

Automate the allocation and optimization of critical hardware resources (GPU partitioning, advanced scheduling, autoscaling based on inference load).

Ensure the maintenance of operational conditions for clusters (monitoring, updates, backup, high availability, observability of AI applications).

Support the integration of application workloads and AI models within the Kubernetes ecosystem.

Participate in the industrialization of CI/CD/GitOps pipelines (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Flux) optimized and accelerated by the use of generative AI tools.

Guarantee security, performance, FinOps (infrastructure/GPU cost management), and the resilience of containerized environments.

You will work with clients from various sectors: finance, insurance, energy, industry, retail, defense, or luxury.

👤 Profile sought: 🎓 Education & experience: Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science (or equivalent).

5 years of experience in production environments with strong expertise in Kubernetes and Cloud/DevOps architectures.

🧠 Indispensable technical skills: Orchestration & Containers: Mastery of Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, Ingress, CNI, KubeFlow/Ray on K8s, and dynamic resource management (vGPU, NVIDIA GPU Operator).

Cloud & Distribution: Knowledge of Cloud architectures (GKE, EKS, AKS) and/or on-premise (OpenShift, Rancher, VMware Tanzu…).

GitOps & CI/CD: Practice of CI/CD and GitOps tools (GitLab CI, ArgoCD…), monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), IaC (Terraform).

Augmented Dev Practices: Use of AI assistants for writing, refactoring, and analyzing Manifests/Terraform files.

Security & Network: Security best practices (Falco, Kyverno/OPA, Trivy), networking, observability.

🤝 Personal qualities: Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy.

Interpersonal skills and sense of teamwork.

Desire to share and continuously develop skills in AI infrastructure topics.

⭐ Appreciated assets: Certifications: CKA, CKAD, CKS, or Cloud Provider certifications.

Multi-cluster experience, large-scale clusters, or hosting GPU computing nodes for AI use cases.
