We are looking for a Senior Monday.com Platform Administrator to join our G-Cloud team at Devoteam.
In this strategic role, you will be the technical and functional referent for the Monday.com solution. You will lead the administration of the platform, while accompanying our clients in their digital transformation.
You do not just use Monday.com: you shape it, optimize it, and evolve it to meet business needs and sustainably improve productivity.
🎯 Your missions: 🔧 Administer and manage the advanced configuration of Monday.com (spaces, permissions, automations, integrations, global platform architecture) 🔍 Analyze business processes and translate functional needs into concrete solutions in Monday.com 🧱 Structure and deploy tailor-made working environments (views, dashboards, project templates, automated workflows) 📣 Act as an ambassador for Monday.com best practices: training, consulting, documentation 🛠️ Manage acceptance phases, user testing, production deployment, and functional support 🤝 Collaborate with IT, product, and business teams to evolve platform usage in a logic of continuous improvement
🎓 Qualifications – Monday.com A graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master 2 in Computer Science, you have a successful first experience in the administration or deployment of collaborative / project management tools (ideally Monday.com).
You master the functional administration of at least one SaaS platform (such as Monday.com, Jira, ServiceNow, Asana, etc.), and are able to model business uses.
You have strong skills in data structuring, workflow automation, dashboard creation, rights management, and interoperability between tools.
Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or third-party integrations is a plus (Zapier, Make, Integromat, etc.).
You are passionate about digitalization, process transformation, and optimizing team performance.
Curious, rigorous, and autonomous, you are recognized for your listening skills and your sense of service.
A good command of English is essential to evolve in an international context and support our multinational clients.
