What You’ll Do

As an Associate Consultant at Devote Consulting, you’ll be engaged in exciting and challenging tasks, including:

• Supporting projects : Drive changes in the life sciences industry by improving processes, data, and systems
• Contributing to key areas : Work within medical devices, R&D, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs
• Optimizing business processes : (Re)design workflows to boost operational efficiency
• Managing stakeholders : Support stakeholder management, project planning, organizational change, and the preparation of compliance documentation under the guidance of experienced consultants

Your Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

• Educational background : A master’s degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field
• Industry experience : 1-2 years in the life sciences industry is a plus, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Problem-solving mindset : You are analytical and aim to make a measurable impact
• Communication skills : Proficiency in English
• Technical skills : Familiarity with system validation and agile delivery methods is an advantage
• Specialized knowledge : Experience with Clinical R&D systems (CTMS, eTMF, RBM, EDC) or medical devices/SaMD is an added bonus
