Our Client is a European organization from the public sector. Due to growing requirements within the organization, we are looking for a person for the position of UX/UI Designer

Your tasks

• Analysis of business needs and end-user requirements.
• Designing intuitive and useful user interfaces for business applications and systems.
• Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Translating business, technical, and usability requirements into UX/UI solutions.
• Defining and developing GUI design standards and usability principles.
• Verifying the compliance of created solutions with UX/UI standards.
• Optimizing user experience and analyzing application usability.
• Close cooperation with developers regarding interface implementation and taking technological constraints into account.
• Participation in the implementation of the application's presentation layer.
• Creating visual materials, presentations, and design documentation.
• Supporting the development of solutions based on the SharePoint platform.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in designing user interfaces for web, desktop, or mobile applications.
• Experience in analyzing user needs and gathering UX requirements.
• Very good knowledge of User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI), and interface ergonomics principles.
• Ability to prepare wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Practical experience with design and prototyping tools, e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, InVision, UXPin, Framer, or similar.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies, particularly HTML5.
• Ability to cooperate with business and technical teams.
• Knowledge of technological constraints affecting interface design.
• Experience in designing applications based on the SharePoint platform will be a great asset.

Must have: UX, User Interface, UI, Figma, Balsamiq, InVision, UXPin, Framer, HTML5, SharePoint
