Environmental Protection Specialist

Daily tasks
- Ongoing updating of internal documentation regarding waste management, environmental protection, and the ISO 14001 standard.
- Conducting required environmental reporting, including reporting to KOBiZE, preparing quarterly summaries regarding water consumption, and maintaining records and calculating fees for environmental usage.
- Preparing documentation necessary to obtain environmental permits and decisions in cooperation with external entities and actively participating in ongoing administrative proceedings.
- Supervising the correct implementation of processes related to waste management, including handling and maintaining required documentation in the BDO system.
- Conducting periodic environmental audits and monitoring compliance of activities with applicable requirements.
- Cooperation with external companies responsible for the collection, transport, and management of waste.
- Cooperation with laboratories and other entities performing tests, measurements, and monitoring regarding the state of the environment.
Requirements
Professional experience related to environmental protection gained in the manufacturing industry – min. 1 year - MANDATORY CONDITION
Readiness for 100% on-site work
Theoretical and practical knowledge of systems related to environmental protection
Higher education – major in Environmental Protection or related – MANDATORY CONDITION
Knowledge of English – minimum B1 level
Practical knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
Must have: MS Office, MS Excel
