Your tasks

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst for projects implemented in the Financial Markets area, related to the development of solutions supporting electronic foreign exchange trading (FX eTrading). We are looking for a person who understands the specifics of the FX market well and can effectively combine business needs with technological possibilities. The position involves comprehensive support for product initiatives – from requirements analysis and stakeholder collaboration to work coordination and participation in the implementation of new solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Business/System Analyst, or similar role.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange market products: FX Spot, FX Forward, FX Swap.
• Understanding of pricing mechanisms, quoting, and the FX transaction lifecycle.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Practice in backlog management and task prioritization.
• Ability to independently lead initiatives and take responsibility for their implementation (ownership).
• Very good analytical and communication skills.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level.
