Project Manager
Devire Outsourcing IT is a cooperation model dedicated to IT industry specialists, based on the principles of sole proprietorship - B2B, implementing projects for Clients conducting innovative and modern projects.
For one of the three largest banks in Poland, we are looking for a Project Manager. The project is being implemented for an international financial institution, covering the areas of AI Governance, AI/GenAI, Risk, Compliance, and technological regulations.
Remuneration: from 100 to 125 PLN/h net + VAT
Form of cooperation: B2B, with the possibility of using additional benefits - sports card, private medical care, life insurance, language platform
Location: fully remote
Project duration: long-term
Daily tasks
- development and implementation of the AI Governance Framework,
- management of AI / GenAI use cases,
- risk, compliance, and control area,
- operational governance and reporting,
- coordination of cooperation between IT, Risk, Compliance, and other units,
- preparing reports and presentations for management and committees,
- preparing materials for the needs of audits and regulators,
- coordination of communication and project activities.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in one or several of the following areas:
technology governance,
risk / compliance in financial institutions,
AI / Model Governance,
practical understanding of AI / GenAI, especially applications, limitations, and risks,
experience in a regulated environment,
experience in cooperation with IT, Risk, and Compliance units,
very good knowledge of English,
experience in preparing reports, presentations, and materials for management.
Nice to have
knowledge of EU AI Act,
knowledge of DORA,
knowledge of Model Risk Management,
experience in preparing materials for the board / committees,
experience in large, international organizations.
