Your tasks

For our Client, we are looking for a person for the position of ERP Project Manager. The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating the logistics and warehouse management area within an international ERP system implementation program.

• Managing the work schedule in the area of logistics and inventory management
• Coordinating cooperation between business teams, IT, and implementation partners
• Monitoring work progress, identifying risks, and resolving current project issues
• Managing dependencies between the inventory area and other project streams
• Coordinating business participation in SIT and UAT tests and activities related to data migration
• Collaborating with teams responsible for change management and user training
• Preparing project reports and materials for key stakeholders
• Supporting preparations for Go-Live and activities during the Hypercare period
• Supervising the process of receiving and accepting project results

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project or program management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP system implementations
• Participation in at least one full ERP implementation completed with Go-Live and Hypercare
• Good knowledge of processes related to logistics, warehouse management, and inventory management
• Experience in conducting SIT and UAT tests and activities related to data migration
• Ability to manage schedules, risks, and cooperation with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in cooperating with implementation partners
• Very good knowledge of the English language

Nice to have

• Experience in international SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Knowledge of SAP Activate
• Experience in the retail, logistics, or supply chain industry
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or SAP Activate Project Manager certifications

Must have: ERP, UAT

Nice to have: SAP, PMP, Prince2
