Cloud Engineer

Devire Outsourcing IT is a dedicated cooperation model for IT industry specialists, based on the principles of sole proprietorship - B2B, providing services for Clients conducting innovative and modern projects.

Currently, for our client, an international public institution, we are looking for a person for the position of Cloud Engineer.

Work model: on-site work from the client's office (Warsaw)

Rate: 135-165 PLN /h net+VAT

B2B contract via Devire.

Daily tasks

• Administration and monitoring of enterprise Cloud environments.
• Monitoring resource utilization and consumption levels in Cloud environments.
• Preparing, updating, and maintaining reports and workflows.
• Preparing, updating, and maintaining policies, guidelines, and SOP procedures.
• Provisioning and de-provisioning of development environments and DevOps projects.
• Providing 2nd line support for application development teams regarding Cloud services.
• Cooperation and coordination of activities with the 3rd line support team.
• Participation in coordination and project meetings.
• Cooperation with other technical teams and support units.
• Performing other tasks related to the area of responsibility, in accordance with the supervisor's instructions.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Practical experience working with at least one of the main cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, particularly in the areas of infrastructure, networking, storage, compute, identity, and containers.

Knowledge of DevOps, IaaS, Cloud Security, and Cloud environment administration.

Experience in automation and scripting using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, and Go is welcome.

Knowledge of Linux environment administration (Red Hat preferred) and basic knowledge of Microsoft systems.

Knowledge of Cloud Security, compliance, monitoring, and auditing issues.

Experience working with ticketing systems and ITIL processes, including change, configuration, and release management.

Ability to cooperate with multiple technical and support teams.

Good work organization, independence, proactivity, and the ability to set priorities.

English language at a minimum B2 level.

AWS/Azure/Google Cloud certificate at a mid-level.

Required security clearance or commencement of the procedure to obtain it within 45 days of starting work.

Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400),

HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate,

Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500),

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305),

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).
