Application Support Analyst
Devire Outsourcing IT is a cooperation model dedicated to IT industry specialists, based on the principles of sole proprietorship (B2B), implementing projects for leading Clients conducting innovative and modern projects.
Currently, for our Client, an international organization from the financial sector, which is part of one of the largest automotive groups in Europe, we are looking for a person for the position of Application Support Analyst, who will be responsible for the stable operation of business applications and supporting their users and technical teams.
Location: Warsaw, hybrid model (3 days a week from the office, Rondo ONZ)
Rate: 120-140 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B)

Daily tasks
- Resolving incidents and tickets as part of 2nd and 3rd line support, in accordance with established SLA.
- Ensuring continuity of service operation and coordinating escalations to internal teams and vendors.
- Monitoring application health, analyzing alerts, and identifying areas requiring improvement.
- Maintenance, configuration, and optimization of business applications.
- Performing deployments, updates, and configuration changes in test, pre-production, and production environments.
- Cooperation with Service Desk, infrastructure teams, developers, and external partners.
- Participation in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of incidents and actions to prevent their recurrence.
- Creating and updating technical documentation, operating procedures, and the knowledge base.
- Ensuring compliance of performed activities with the organization's applicable standards and processes.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position related to application maintenance or application support.
Experience in installation, configuration, or support of business applications.
Knowledge in the field of application maintenance and IT infrastructure.
Good, versatile technical knowledge.
Knowledge of ITIL and COBIT best practices and processes.
Ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
Good work organization and the ability to cooperate with various IT teams.
Very good communication skills.
English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.
