R&D SPECIALIST IN FOOD PRODUCTS

We expect: University degree in the food industry field, suitable even for graduates; creativity, proactive approach, independence; English - advanced level (spoken and written); basic knowledge of MS Office; communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a team; basic orientation in food legislation.

Job description: designs and prepares new products, recipes; collaborates with technologists during the introduction of a new product into production; organizes and evaluates sensory and other product analyses; collaborates on the creation of technological processes and standards; is an active member of the HACCP team; creates product and raw material specifications; monitors trends in nutrition, legislation, packaging; participates in the optimization and streamlining of production operations.
