JUNIOR TECHNOLOG/TECHNOLOŽKA

We expect: University degree/possibly secondary school in the food industry or a related field with practical experience; suitable for students, university graduates; English - intermediate level (spoken and written); basic knowledge of MS Office; communication and organizational skills, teamwork; responsibility, independence, flexibility, and an active approach.

Job description: responsible for the preparation, correctness, and adjustment of recipes; mastering technological and sanitation procedures and designing new ones; monitoring the product throughout the entire production process, primarily from a quality perspective; performing control of process parameters, CCP control; maintaining necessary documentation; resolving production non-conformities and proposing corrective measures; mastering GHP, GMP, Food Safety, and conducting employee training.
