Duplicate verification for all affiliates operating in the CS tool and the MDM tool. Identification of Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs): Analysis of complex (international) corporate and ownership structures to determine the actual owners. Document Review: Verification of identification documents, commercial registry extracts, and contracts to ensure their authenticity and completeness. PROFILE: English: B2+.
