We rely on taking responsibility, impactful roles, and real innovation – and offer you the opportunity to make a visible difference with your work.
Why this role is important Some of the most important strategic topics require clear responsibilities beyond existing organizational structures. This role ensures that critical initiatives are driven forward with focus, speed, and commitment. It makes a direct contribution to translating strategic goals into concrete product results and sustainable customer benefits.
Your task We are looking for Technical Product Managers (m/f/d) who will take responsibility for strategically important topics with high impact. This role requires clear goal orientation, a strong ownership mindset, and the ability to manage topics end-to-end and implement them successfully. Your area of responsibility extends across our entire Home Connectivity portfolio – including routers, Mesh-Extenders, data collection, and app-based control. Tasks range from focused, cross-functional initiatives to comprehensive product responsibility. The decisive factor is not the exact scope of the topic, but your ability to take responsibility and independently lead topics to concrete results. You will work across various domains – including end devices, connectivity, backend systems, and Customer Experience. In doing so, you bring the right people together, define the direction, and ensure that topics are driven forward with clarity, focus, and measurable impact. Your tasks in detail:
- Taking full responsibility for product topics – from the initial problem definition to implementation and measurement of results
- Structuring complex or unclear situations and deriving clear goals, priorities, and implementation plans
- Bringing together relevant teams and stakeholders as well as creating a common understanding of goals and procedures
- Actively driving initiatives forward, removing obstacles, and ensuring sustainable progress
- Translating business requirements, customer needs, and technical frameworks into clear product decisions
- Consistent alignment on results and business impact instead of exclusively on delivery or output
- Creating transparency regarding progress, conflicts of interest, decisions, and achieved results
Your profile You have a degree in the field of product management, product lifecycle management, stakeholder management, or a comparable discipline, or you have completed vocational training in conjunction with several years of professional experience in product management. You possess the ability to independently be responsible for and drive topics in complex environments and, furthermore, bring the following qualifications:
- Strong ownership mindset and the willingness to take responsibility beyond clearly defined areas of competence.
- Ability to successfully advance topics in ambiguous and cross-functional contexts
- Strong focus on results and sustainable impact
- Experience in collaborating across different domains (e.g., end devices, connectivity, backend systems, or Customer Experience)
- Ability to bring people together, build effective work structures, and create cross-departmental coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, pragmatic, and implementation-oriented way of working
- Fluent English skills at C1 level
