Job Description

As Lead Data Architect (m/w/d/x), you will design and optimize IT architectures and analyze functional and technical requirements for software, platforms, and/or infrastructure for the IT data landscape, so that IT solutions and services such as Data Products, GCP-Platform, or Legacy clean-up can be implemented quickly, agilely, and innovatively.

• Your essential tasks also include:
• You are responsible for all interactions of components, systems, and functions from the network to the customer interaction point
• You are responsible for the implementation of architecture concepts in product development and services
• You identify innovations in technology fields and actively participate in implementation within the group and in the industry
• You manage architecture and design activities for, among others, large strategic and international projects and programs and provide comprehensive advice to top management
• You lead strategic projects

Requirements

You are characterized by the following knowledge and skills:

• Many years of experience in independent and binding planning and management of new topics, also in the environment of virtual and/ or international teams
• Outstanding experience in classical and agile forms of cooperation, especially in the management and leadership of large-scale projects/programs
• Excellent experience in international and intercultural environments
• Up-to-date expertise in technology and methods:
• Data Technologies
• Data Products
• Google Cloud Platform, Big Query, Vertex AI, Pub/Sub, Analytics, Data Studio
• Cloud Technologies, FinOps
• Retiring legacy DWH towards GCP
• Enterprise Architecture
• IT-Governance
• Many years of professional experience in technological E2E responsibility
• Intercultural experience in offshore projects
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
