Tasks

As Analyst Investment Management Towers (m/f/d), your areas of responsibility are:

• You support the development of GD Towers, including strategic positioning, M&A activities, and operational efficiency programs to increase the value of GD Towers
• You manage and analyze business plans and monthly closings of GD Towers
• You participate in the evaluation of M&A opportunities, including financing, company valuation, and strategic justification
• You provide analyses to define financial and business goals for GD Towers and its management teams
• You support the creation of board documents (e.g., for the DT Board of Management as well as the Supervisory Board)
• You contribute to the carve-out of the EU Tower asset and prepare presentations at board level (including the Supervisory Board)
• You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as our co-shareholders DigitalBridge and Brookfield from Telekom Deutschland and GD Towers
• You conduct market and competitor analyses

Profile

Completed university degree, ideally in Business Administration or Economics

• Up to 3 years of experience in the field of Corporate Finance or Strategy, preferably in M&A, Private Equity, or Corporate Strategy – infrastructure know-how is a clear plus
• Excellent analysis and modeling skills, knowledge in the field of Corporate Finance, as well as infrastructure know-how
• Entrepreneurial drive and strong business acumen
• Basic knowledge of Corporate Governance
• Strong communication skills
• Business fluent English skills, German is a clear plus
