We are looking for an experienced IT architect who will play a decisive role at both strategic and technical levels in the design and operation of complex platforms. In this position, you will have a key role in designing the architecture of cloud and on-premise systems, as well as directing their operation and development. Tasks Architectural and technical responsibility End-to-end responsibility for the architecture of cloud and on-premise / private cloud platforms Design and development of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, T Cloud Public) Design of Kubernetes-based operation and deployment solutions Design and further development of Shared and managed service architectures Development of high-level architectures and technical solutions during larger projects, changes, and transformations Ensuring high availability, scalability, multi-tenant operation, and security by design Design and maintenance of monitoring and KPI-based operation Integration of governance and security regulations (e.g., corporate regulations, industry requirements) Economic mindset Making architectural decisions considering cost, efficiency, and business value Establishing a balance between standardization and custom solutions Evaluating technological alternatives for the purpose of supporting management decisions Professional leadership and organizational operation Professional leadership of DevOps and System Engineering teams Design of operating models, roles, and responsibilities Defining connection points between platform, delivery, and operation Design and development of unified architectural and operational principles Stakeholder management Close cooperation with internal teams, customers, and management Clear presentation of complex technical concepts Communication of decision-supporting materials and architectural directions

Requirements Several years (at least 3–5 years) of experience in an architect or senior/expert engineering role Deep technical knowledge in the following areas: Cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, T Cloud Public) On-premise infrastructure, network, virtualization, and storage Operation of Kubernetes-based platforms Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / OpenTofu) Automation and configuration management (Ansible, Puppet) CI/CD solutions (GitLab, ArgoCD)
