Trainee, Communications, Event, Administration • Operational support for an organizational unit of 1,500 people

• Active cooperation with management, related departments, and colleagues

• Writing and editing presentations, articles, newsletters, invitations, and announcements

• Maintenance of corporate intranet pages (together with other team members)

• Maintaining contact with external and internal service providers

• Requesting and comparing service provider offers, preparing materials to support management decisions

• Organizing and conducting events (meetings, team building, workshops, conferences), and preparing the associated communication materials

• Performing administrative tasks related to events

• Other ad hoc and administrative tasks

• Occasional graphic design tasks

• Creative problem-solving, proactivity

• Precise work execution, compliance with deadlines and corporate processes

• Effective communication, stress tolerance

• Teamwork, adaptability

• High-level knowledge of Microsoft Power Point

• User-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

• User-level knowledge of graphic programs is an advantage Language requirement: English language skills Advantage: First- or second-year student, with an additional 2-3 years of student status Residence in Budapest - office presence German language skills Interest in AI and basic knowledge Personality: Team player Creative Eager to learn and grow Motivated
