Your tasks
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst colleague who will support our client in the analysis, optimization, and further development of business processes. In this role, you can work at the interface between business needs and technical solutions, and participate in projects from design to implementation.
- Analysis, optimization, and identification of development opportunities for business processes
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business needs and requirements
- Preparation and conduct of Stakeholder workshops
- Creating Use cases and process models
- Data analysis and preparation of reports
- Supporting the development of technical solutions based on business requirements
- Maintaining contact and cooperation between the client and internal professional teams
- Supporting projects from concept development to implementation

Requirements
- Higher education degree in Business Informatics, Economics, or another relevant field
- Initial professional experience in the Business Analyst field
- Confident analytical and conceptual thinking
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Process modeling knowledge, such as BPMN
- Confident use of AI-based research tools
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Independent, proactive attitude and effective teamwork
- Experience in cooperating with stakeholders at different levels
Language skills
- German language skills at C1 level
- English language skills at C1 level
